Refund Policy

At WWLabs, we are committed to accurate order fulfillment, secure packaging, and clear communication. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the policy below.

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only when an order arrives damaged, the wrong item was supplied, or the shipment is incomplete. Requests must be submitted promptly after delivery and must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or a package with visible shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible at support@wwlabs.nl. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, handling, and product integrity reasons, opened items, used items, and products that have been stored improperly after delivery are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors made by the customer, or issues arising from misuse, improper storage, or use outside stated handling guidance.

Refund Process

• Email support@wwlabs.nl with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
• Include photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage when relevant.
• Wait for written review instructions before returning any item.
• If approved, we will confirm whether the resolution is a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Processing Times

Approved refund requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after review and approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Responsibility

If a return is authorized, customers must follow the return instructions provided by WWLabs. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Unless the issue resulted from our fulfillment error or confirmed transit damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All products sold by WWLabs are supplied strictly for research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use. By purchasing from WWLabs, customers acknowledge responsibility for reviewing product information, handling requirements, and applicable local regulations before ordering.

WWLabs reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests where the claim is unsupported, the product has been opened or mishandled, or the request falls outside this policy.
